BederfWerf is a spacious vacation home that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across its 5 bedrooms. The bedrooms are configured with 4 Queen beds, 1 Queen bed paired with two ¾ double bunk beds, and 1 room with two ¾ beds. The house welcomes you with a large, open-plan living area featuring a kitchen, dining space with a large dining table, and a cozy lounge with a television. This area seamlessly extends to a stoep with stunning sea views, where you can relax on comfortable wooden deck furniture while enjoying your morning coffee. A separate scullery, equipped with a dishwasher and additional fridge space, connects to a single garage that includes a laundry area with a top-loader washing machine and tumble dryer. The property is equipped with modern amenities, including a mobile outdoor braai, a gas stove with an electric oven, a large fridge with freezer space, a microwave, solar power, and WiFi. Downstairs, you’ll find one bedroom with two ¾ beds, a bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet, and a guest toilet. Upstairs, there are four more bedrooms (three with Queen beds and one with a Queen bed and two ¾ beds), three bathrooms, and another open-plan living area with a kitchenette and dining space. This level also features a television for streaming and a large stoep with breathtaking views.
